Terms & Conditions

Rehab Ninja is a division of Classic Health Supplies Ltd. These terms and conditions govern all purchases from Rehab Ninja. When you purchase from us, you are purchasing from Classic Health Supplies Ltd., and these terms and conditions apply to your order.

Credit card payments: Because Rehab Ninja is operated by Classic Health Supplies Ltd., any credit card payment you make to us will appear on your card statement as CLASSIC HEALTH SUPPLIES LTD.

Orders

  • Orders are subject to acceptance by Rehab Ninja.
  • Minimum order for prepaid freight is based on the destination and customer type, as set out in the Freight table below.
  • There is no prepaid (free) freight to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.
  • Additional or different freight terms may apply to redistribution centers, health regions, and volume, contract, or pallet orders. Rehab Ninja reserves the right to apply freight charges to such orders regardless of order value.
  • Orders are binding when accepted and confirmed by Rehab Ninja. Acceptance is subject to final approval by the credit department, a completed credit application form, and acceptance of all terms and conditions of sale by the customer.

Freight — Prepaid (Free) Shipping Minimums

Minimum order value (before taxes) required for prepaid freight:

  • Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): $150.00
  • Ontario: $250.00
  • Quebec: $350.00
  • Maritimes / Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PE, NL): $350.00
  • Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut: not eligible for prepaid freight.
  • Hospitals: on a per-contract basis.
  • Redistribution centers, health regions, and volume/contract/pallet orders: freight terms per agreement; Rehab Ninja reserves the right to apply freight charges regardless of order value.

Prices

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices published at the time of order will be honoured. Errors and omissions excepted.
  • Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) are additional and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Only an officer of Rehab Ninja / Classic Health Supplies Ltd. may alter this agreement and pricing.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are due upon receipt, OAC (on approved credit).
  • A service charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all past due invoices, as well as expenses, attorney fees, and court costs which the seller incurs by reason of the buyer’s default.
  • By providing payment, the customer authorizes the charge for the order. Credit card payments will appear on the customer’s statement as CLASSIC HEALTH SUPPLIES LTD.

Shortages, Errors & Damages

  • Inspect all shipments carefully. Verify the total number of cartons.
  • All damages must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. All claims for lost or damaged goods and concealed shortages must be made to the delivering carrier’s claims department within 5 days of receipt of goods.
  • Shortages, errors, and manufacturers’ defects must be reported to Rehab Ninja customer service within 5 working days of delivery.
  • Merchandise will be replaced, or a credit will be issued, at the discretion of Rehab Ninja.
  • Merchandise damaged due to improper use or customer abuse will not be accepted for return.

Customer Service

Return Goods Policy

  • Products cannot be returned without a return authorization (RA) number issued by a Rehab Ninja customer service representative.
  • All requests to return goods must be made to Rehab Ninja with the following information:
    • Account number
    • Invoice and purchase order number
    • Item number
    • Quantity and unit of measure
    • Lot number and expiration date (if applicable)
    • Specific reason for return
    • Packing slip
  • Rehab Ninja must be notified within 5 business days of any damaged or defective product. We will require: (a) invoice number, (b) product number (inventory part number), and (c) quantity and unit of measure (bx or ea.).
  • All merchandise must be returned clean and unaltered, in original packaging. Merchandise returned not meeting these conditions will be returned to sender and no credit issued.
  • Items being returned must be re-packaged into a larger container to protect the original packaging of the product.
  • A label must be attached to the outside of the re-packaged item(s) showing the return authorization number and Rehab Ninja’s address.
  • Products returned with alterations or damage to the original packaging, or that have been defaced (including writing on the package), will not be accepted for return.
  • Merchandise with less than 6 months shelf life will not be accepted for return.
  • A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be imposed on merchandise that is not defective. An additional restocking fee may apply, or merchandise may not be eligible for any credit, depending on the manufacturer’s policy. This will be determined at the time a return authorization number is issued.
  • Custom and special orders are not eligible for return or credit.
  • The customer is responsible for freight charges when returning merchandise for reasons other than a Rehab Ninja error.
  • Rehab Ninja reserves the right to deny any refund.

Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled after shipment has occurred will be subject to the Return Goods Policy, and the customer will be responsible for return freight charges.
  • Custom and special orders cannot be cancelled if in process by, or in transit from, the manufacturer.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

  • Except as expressly stated in these terms, all goods are sold without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
  • The customer’s sole remedy, and Rehab Ninja’s entire liability, for any defective or non-conforming product is limited to replacement of the product or issuance of a credit, at Rehab Ninja’s discretion, as set out in these terms. In no event will Rehab Ninja or Classic Health Supplies Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Title & Risk of Loss

  • Title to and risk of loss for the goods pass to the customer upon shipment from Rehab Ninja / Classic Health Supplies Ltd.

Force Majeure

  • Rehab Ninja / Classic Health Supplies Ltd. will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supply shortages, carrier delays, labour disputes, acts of government, or events of force majeure.

Privacy

  • Personal and payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions, and all purchases from Rehab Ninja / Classic Health Supplies Ltd., are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The customer agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
